När hon blev nominerad sprang hon till närmaste varuhus och handlade kläder för 150 000 dollar med kampanjens kreditkort. Lite svårt att försvara för denna "helt vanliga småstadsmamma" men hon säger att hon ska lämna kläderna till välgörenhet när allt är klart. Håll utkik, den 5:e november kanske man kan köpa äkta Palin-glasögon på Ebay. Om hon blir hemskickad till Alaska igen kanske det är passande klädsel på en depressionista?
